How to Get Your Groove Back: The Thyroid/Adrenal Connection
Adrenal fatigue vs hypothyroidism. How do you tell the difference? About 70% of people taking thyroid replacement medicines continue to complain of symptoms. Those who were diagnosed as hypothyroid after a traumatic and stressful event such as pregnancy, accident, infection or an emotional trauma may also have adrenal fatigue. It is not unusual to have presenting symptoms of both low adrenal and low thyroid functions at the same time
Join us for How to Get Your Groove Back! Phyllis D. Light will explain thyroid and adrenal function, disorders, the mind/body/spirit connection to these disorders, answer your questions regarding hypo- and hyper-thyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, related symptoms, diseases and syndromes, and offer suggestions for proven remedies, supplements and practices, and recommended lab tests. Registration is closing soon and we have a few spots open! As with all classes with Phyllis it will be fun as well as educational!
We’ll also move and groove to the beat of the 80s, so bring your dancing shoes!
