Thank you for your interest in participating in the Herbal Heritage Conference Vendor Village! We expect a great turnout, so it should be a profitable weekend for vendors. Plant people always have a fun time together, and we love to shop at herbal events!
Here are a few things you need to know:
Vending space is limited, and vendors will be considered on a first-come first-served basis. Once the slots are filled we will not accept any more vendor applications.
Deadline for Vendor Applications is February 15. We will review your application and respond by February 28.
Vendor Fees The Vendor Fee is $295 and includes admission to all classes for 1 person (you may have one helper for an additional $245), space for one 10x10 canopy, parking, and tent camping. *We do not have space for travel trailers or pop-up campers; however, Sadler's Creek State Park is just a few minutes from the conference site. *
Vendor Cancellations Vendors who cancel before March 15 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations on March 15 or later will receive no refund.
Other Info We want a wide variety of nature related selections in our Vendor Village (without much repetition…we don’t need 5 honey vendors, for example). Artwork, gemstones, minerals, crystals, plants, fungi, handmade crafts and clothing, raw honey, etc.
We will NOT accept MLM businesses!!!
Vendors must furnish their own tables, canopy/tent, chairs, etc. Tables must be covered with cloth (no plastic tablecloths, please). There is no electricity available for vendors; we apologize for the inconvenience.
Vendors may set up their booth on Thursday afternoon, 3pm-7pm, or Friday morning, 8:30am-10:30am. Please send an email to robin@earthwiselearningcenter.com to confirm when you plan to set up your booth.
We will have volunteers available to help you unload. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the Vendor Parking area.
Booths should be open and ready for business by 10:30am on Friday Folks will want to visit Vendor Village while they wait for the conference to begin.
We ask that you not pack up until 2pm on Sunday Many people wait until the last possible minute to make purchases, and we don't want you to miss a sale!
We will post the schedule soon, but for now know that the classes are two hours long with a 30-minute break in between (and a 90-minute lunch break, on Saturday), so you will be able to attend classes and sell your products. Classes end around 6pm on Friday and Saturday and around 1pm on Sunday.
Vendor Village Hours: Friday, April 24 11am-7pm Saturday, April 25 12pm -7pm Sunday, April 26 10pm-2pm
